Position Overview

We are currently seeking an experienced and self-motivated Technical Sales Representative to join our growing team. You should have the skills to develop and manage strong client relationships and establish a deep and ongoing understanding of the client’s business goals, issues and needs. Additionally, you would ensure the client has an exceptional experience working with ANP and has strong satisfaction with our solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage strong client relationships and establish a deep and ongoing understanding of the client’s business goals, issues and needs
  • Leverage a strong understanding of the client to identify and qualify forward-thinking, high-impact opportunities for the client to use ANP products
  • Collaborate with the team to develop practical and cost-effective solutions that meet the client’s objectives
  • Continue to proactively prospect new opportunities within assigned accounts
  • Ensure the client has an exceptional experience working with ANP and has strong satisfaction with our solutions
  • Drive effective presentation / proposal / quote preparation and manage the overall opportunity process, including communication strategies, etc.
Desired Qualifications
  • Previous account development experience and successful track record, preferably 2 years+
  • Excellent business sense, problem solving, and analytical skills
  • Proactive, driven, independent but a strong team player
  • Strategic, thoughtful, inquisitive

Network Technician

Full-time / Spencer, Iowa
Position Overview

We are currently seeking an experienced and self-motivated Network Technician to join our growing team. You would be expected to have an in-depth knowledge of hardware, software, and most importantly networking and security. You should have the skills to work with both desktop and server hardware. Additionally, you would monitor and maintain our clients networks, troubleshoot their systems and make improvements to their overall infrastructure.

Desired Qualifications
  • Prefered 2 years experience working with servers, networks, desktops, laptops and troubleshooting.
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Server 2012 through 2003, including Windows 10 and Windows XP, Microsoft Office 365 back to Office 9x, Exchange 2012 through 2003.
  • Multiple 3rd party and industry specific applications.
  • Active directory
  • Software installation and removal
  • Data backups / restores
  • Managed antivirus
  • Firewall management
  • Networking and wireless security
  • TCP/IP Networking
  • Customer Support
  • Work independently with little or no direct supervision
  • Monitoring an electronic ticketing queue
  • Install cross-connects, patch cables, fiber, jacks etc.
Relevant Certifications (not required, but a plus)
  • Microsoft MCP or MCSE certifications
  • Cisco CCNA / CCNP
